Group Classes

Pilates is often regarded as the 'go-to' exercise for back pain management but it can also be useful for improving flexibility, mobility and strength with a focus on core connection, breathing and the core stabiliser muscles. Attendees at classes range from athletes to people with desk jobs who are looking to get moving safely but challenged on a weekly basis. Joseph Pilates has been quoted as saying “Pilates is the complete coordination of the body, mind and spirit’’. Joseph Pilates was also a believer in steady improvement which lasts instead of extreme and rapid changes.

As well as group classes, Śinead also offers one-to-one Pilates sessions to give new clients a taste and existing clients a chance to improve both form and technique.

“You will feel better in ten sessions, look better in twenty sessions, and have a completely new body in thirty sessions.”
